2 cups heavy cream (chilled)
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp rose syrup (Rooh Afza or homemade)
¼ tsp rose water (optional, for extra aroma)

Instructions

In a large chilled bowl, beat the heavy cream with a hand mixer until soft peaks form. Keep the speed medium to avoid over-whipping.
