2 cups full cream milk
1 cup heavy cream
¾ cup condensed milk
¼ cup sugar
A pinch of saffron strands
2 tbsp warm milk (for soaking saffron)

Instructions
1. Infuse the Saffron
Soak saffron strands in 2 tablespoons of warm milk for 10 minutes. This will release their golden color and aroma.
2. Prepare the Base
In a heavy-bottom saucepan, add milk, cream, condensed milk, and sugar. Heat on low, stirring continuously to avoid burning.
